Have you ever heard the old saying, “If you don’t ask, you don’t get!”?

It’s well worth taking heed of because far too many of us are afraid to ask for the things we need in order to succeed in life. Asking questions can open doors and bring to us the opportunities that without doubt are already out there. So why do we find it so hard?

The chances are that if you went to a good school you were always encouraged to ask questions. If you didn’t quite understand what the teacher was telling you the only way to get it was to ask the meaning. As a Dad I certainly urge my sons to ask questions, it’s the only way to learn.

But maybe as a child it’s easy to say you don’t understand and accept that you don’t know something. Then it’s easy to do something about it, ask for help and find the solution.

But sadly as we get older we stop asking! Maybe it’s because we feel that as adults we should know what things mean and how to do them and so we don’t want to appear foolish, particularly in front of our friends, family or work colleagues.

Or perhaps we have just stopped caring enough to want to learn new things and gain new experiences. It’s sad, because when you do start to ask you usually start to get!

Sure, we all ask for things every day. We have to when we go shopping, go to the cinema, or go to a restaurant. But we only ask for the simple things!

Take that last example. When you go to a restaurant and see something on the menu that is unfamiliar do you ask the waiter what it is? Congratulations if you do, but most people will simply pass it over and stick with what they know. That’s an opportunity lost!

And how many times, when in conversation with a group of people has something been mentioned that you don’t understand? Instead of saying so and asking for an explanation it’s so easy to just stay quiet and stay ignorant. Another chance wasted!

It’s true isn’t it? You just don’t want to appear foolish.

Well it’s time to change!

If you really want to move forward then you need to learn new things every day. You need to broaden your horizons, take on new experiences and discover all you need to get where you want to be.

So start asking. Ask what things mean, how to do them, and above all ask for the things you want in life.

The fact is that one of the keys to good conversation is asking questions. People won’t think you’re dumb or get annoyed. Instead they’ll warm to you and you’ll soon find that you are gaining all sorts of benefits. So don’t be afraid to raise questions. Ask especially about the topics that you need to find out about to help you to achieve your goals.

Ask why, ask who, ask what. All those questions will get people talking and you’ll soon to start to learn lots of new facts and information. You’ll gain new knowledge and you’ll discover new opportunities that will bring success to your life. And don’t ever be afraid to ask for help.

So why not start right now by asking yourself some searching questions. Ask what it is you really want in life and what you need to do to get it. Search inside to find what will really bring you the happiness and fulfillment you desire. Because if you don’t know what motivates you then you won’t get to where you want to be.

When it comes to abundance and prosperity, expectations are vitally important. By studying the Law of Attraction we understand that we receive exactly what we expect in life. Why is this? How do expectations work with the Law of Attraction?

Your expectation of something is extremely powerful. Everyday you expect fresh running water, you expect transport, you expect your local store to stock an abundance of food. These types of expectations may be common to you, yet in other parts of the world they are not freely available! Your expectation plays a huge part in ensuring that you keep receiving these things.

If you have spent just a little time studying the Law of Attraction then you will know that it is your thoughts and emotions that contain manifesting power. This is because that is all the universe can hear, it doesn’t hear your words or speak our language – but it can interpret the vibration that comes from your thoughts and emotions.

Whatever you vibrate, more of it will be pulled into your reality. If you emit low vibrations like anger, fear, or powerlessness, you will attract experiences that match up to your vibrations. If you emit high vibrations like joy, love, and passion, you will again attract experiences that match up with your vibrations.

Expectation can be likened to a belief, yet it is stronger and more confirmed. A belief is a thought that you keep thinking. An expectation is a thought you keep thinking but also have strong belief that it will occur.

Below you’ll find some simple tips to help you learn to expect the best – and get it!

• First, you must choose to expect the best in every situation. Start to train your mind onto good thoughts only by developing a strong focus and thinking about things that make you happy. Don’t give your attention to anything unwanted. If you catch yourself thinking a thought unwanted, simply shake your head and let the thought dissipate or say out loud ‘switch’ to signify a change is required. Keep saying things like, “I know this is going to work out for the best,” or “I know I will turn this situation to my advantage somehow,” or “I expect the best and the best always comes to me!”

• Avoid negative talk like the plague. By “negative talk” I mean complaining, arguing, being miserable or feeling fearful and powerless – anything that drags down your emotions and contradicts your positive expectations. Limit the amount of time you spend with negative people. Some people are easy to complain with than others, do your best to avoid conversations with these people and spend more time feeling positive and spending your time with positive people.

• Phrase your statements in a positive way that is descriptive of what you want. It is quite easy to recognize what it is that we don’t want, the problem with this is that we have immediate access to that thought in our minds. Instead of using statements that are descriptive of what you don’t want, say what you do want! Instead of saying “This won’t be easy,” say, “I can handle this.” Instead of saying “Don’t slam that door,” say, “Close the door quietly”. Remember, the Law of Attraction doesn’t hear your words, it hears your vibrations. Whatever you give your attention to, you will attract more of.

• KNOW that your expectation will come true. You may wonder how to “know” when you really don’t know yet! If it hasn’t happened yet, how can you be sure it will? This type of knowing is based solely on faith. You must CHOOSE to know. It might take awhile to get comfortable with this, but once you do it becomes a lot easier. In order to really know, you’re going to have to completely banish doubt and disbelief from your mind. When they pop up, simply push them out of your mind and affirm again that you KNOW your expectation will happen. No exceptions. The only way to master this is through practice.

These four simple things can make a world of difference in your ability to attract what you want, and when the manifestations start to happen, you’ll be able to add them to your list of experiences to give you much more faith and confidence to your expectations – which will make them still more effective!

Most spirituality information has an emphasis on your being, not your doing. For those seeking spiritual growth it is critical to keep your beingness in alignment with what serves you.

Be what serves you. What does that mean? Of course, we are all trying to do the things in life that serve us and make us happy. Why wouldn’t we? We certainly wouldn’t consciously make decisions that do not serve us, would we? No, we wouldn’t consciously be that way.

If we are living consciously we would be able to clearly see the concepts and values that are important to us and then consciously make the choices and decisions that would keep us in alignment with them. What is so hard about that? Obviously, we would make the choices that serve us and take us to where we desire to be.

We, as individuals and societies, all agree that one of the places that we “desire to be” is a place called “world peace.” This is a concept that most people in the world embrace as a God-given right. We should all live with the full expectation that we can all get along with our fellow human beings.

If most of the people in the world subscribe to this concept, then why is there so much killing and destruction going on in the world in our avowed attempt to achieve “world peace?” What is keeping us from reaching this fundamental goal of just getting along with each other? If we say that we, as individuals and societies, would be better served by achieving this goal then why haven’t we achieved it? Or even come close to achieving it?

For the past two thousand years of recorded history we can document that we have pretty much done whatever it takes to not achieve this goal. Could it be that we are unconsciously choosing to attain other short term, less all-encompassing goals than our stated goal of world peace?

Could it be, in fact, that we are not living consciously, as individuals and as societies, and that the consequences of this unconscious living is being manifested in the way we live our lives and view the world as it is today? This is but the tip of the iceberg concerning the questions we have been asking ourselves regarding our inability to attain even our most fundamental values. Values such as inner peace and world peace.

Our questions concerning life and our relationship to all things that make up life are valid, and it is well within the human psyche that we should expect we could come up with some answers. This is not an unreasonable expectation.

You need to look at life’s questions with the intention that you will reach clarity on what you decide is the best path for you to follow. You must be the final arbiter in the decisions you make about your life. The decisions that you make concerning your own life will ultimately determine what your world looks like.

Because here’s the deal: You are creating your life as you go along. You are not only creating your own life, you are also creating the world we live in by every choice and decision that you make concerning every aspect of life.

This is a huge Ah-haaaaa.

Yes, I am telling you that you that you are a powerful creating machine and you are creating all the time. The difference between you knowing this or not is answered by the question, “Are you creating consciously or unconsciously?”

The question is not whether you are creating. You are creating! Now the question becomes, are you creating consciously or are you sleepwalking through life and accepting the consequences of your unconscious creations and being unaware of “what’s happening?”

How do you determine if you are being served by your beliefs. Well, you simply ask yourself this four word question, “Does this serve me?”

Can it be this easy. Yes, life is effortless if you choose for it to be effortless. Ask yourself this question, “Does that serve me?”

How does this apply to Law of Attraction? Simple: What are you
focusing on? Is your focus directly on your life and the goals
you want to achieve? Are you spending your time and energy
looking straight ahead towards the life of your dreams, or are
you busy looking at what the next person owns, drives or has
achieved?

Oftentimes we spend our lives judging how much we will do or
how much we should do based on what everyone else around us is
doing. A good example of this is in the workplace or in
businesses when people feel they should stop productivity or
feel resentment because coworkers or partners aren’t pulling
the same weight…but not everyone has the same goals and dreams
as you do. We don’t all have your skills, visions or hope for
the future…We don’t all want the same things.

So this message was powerful to me and I asked myself the
question ‘How much more would YOU accomplish if YOU stopped
looking over at the person beside YOU?’

How do you put on blinders? You mind your own business! You’ve
heard this everywhere, from Tony Robbins and Rich Dad to
Abraham-Hicks.

Minding your own business isn’t a bad thing like most people
think. It’s about not worrying about what everyone else is
doing or where they are going, but about what YOU are doing and
where YOU are going and what YOU want to achieve. It’s about
looking straight ahead and not shifting that focus. Keep your
eyes on the prize!

Law of Attraction teaches that what you focus on you will
attract, so as you focus on what everyone else is doing or not
doing, then you will get more of that. You need to put on
blinders and forget what everyone else is doing because at the
end of the day only you can change your life!

Are you truly focused on your own race? A friend of mine has
the goal of attracting 5 million dollars while my goal is
attracting 400 million. That is a difference of 395 million
dollars. That’s a whole different racetrack altogether… Most
people don’t realize that they are running a different race
than friends, family and coworkers, and a lot never reach full
potential because they don’t want to stand out. Focusing on
your own race means not caring much about what anyone else
does, thinks or says about your visions, goals, dreams and YOUR
LIFE.

As Will Smith says in the Pursuit of Happyness, “Don’t ever let
someone tell you that you can’t do something. People can’t do
something themselves and they want to tell you that you cannot
do it either.”

Running your own race means holding on to your dreams and
moving towards them and not letting anyone deter you from your
goals or dreams.

Focus on your own race.
Focus on your own visions.
Focus on your own life.
Focus on your own dreams.
Focus on YOUR goals and RUN YOUR OWN RACE!

I think the overall product is great. Very easy to listen to, and I do think it has worked to some degree.

My only complaints are that there were a few technical difficulties (had to enter user key and password a few times and re-download) . Also all the titles are the same. They do not differentiate between sets (they are all named track 1-track 5), so if you are not saving your downloads to a particular separate folder or re-naming them, it is impossible to tell which product you are using.

They also do not list what affirmations/messages that are in the material. I was told that it was for marketing reasons.

Overall I love the ease of use and the quality of the product, once I got it onto my computer correctly. The prices are very reasonable as well.
